If you have any more questions, press the button below to send me a question and I will get back to you as soon as possible!
What ages are your lessons suitable for?
I cater to all ages for my lessons, having taught children as young as 6 and adults as old as 70. One of my favourite parts about chess is no matter your age, you are able to enjoy the game equally!
What level should I be for lessons?
I have helped coach people from just beginning through to those going into advanced 1400 ranges, but my lessons focus on staying fun and enjoyable whilst being entertaining and informative.
How can you best benefit from lessons?
My lessons are designed to be done in conjunction with regular home practice, rather than stand alone. Therefore, I recommend a minimum of one hour of lesson revision and one hour of playing a week.
Where do you host your lessons?
There are multiple options for where we can host lessons. Usually, I use Storyhouse for in person lessons, however if you live locally to Hoole I can travel to you. Online lessons are also available.
What do I need to bring to lessons?
Each week I will bring everything we need for our lessons, including board, pieces, a lesson plan made personally, along with any other aids suitable for the lesson. You just need to bring yourselves!
